Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the trip will be penalized with 20% of the value of the reservation.
- All cancellations made between 6 and 12 hours before the trip will be penalized with 50% of the value of the reservation.
- All cancellations made with less than 6 hours will be penalized with 100% of the value of the reservation.
Non-refundable Reservations
- Formula 1 reservations cancellations are non refundable, as it is a special event.
- Mercedes Sprinter van reservation cancellations are non refundable at any time.
- Stretch limousine reservation cancellations are non refundable at any time.
Hourly Services and Unused Time
Hourly reservations are sold as reserved blocks of time. By confirming a reservation, the customer agrees to purchase the entire reserved time block. Vehicles and chauffeurs are removed from inventory and dedicated exclusively to the customer during the reserved period. Therefore, no refunds, credits, adjustments, or prorated reductions will be granted for any unused portion of the reserved time, including when the customer voluntarily ends the service early. Once service begins, the reservation is considered fully earned and non-refundable. Any extension of service beyond the originally reserved time is subject to availability and will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Billing
All charges are calculated based on the rates agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional fees, including but not limited to tolls, parking, and extra stops, will be added to the final bill. Full payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms stated in the booking confirmation.
Car Seats
For safety compliance, child car seats must be requested at the time of booking. 512 Austin Limos LLC provides car seats upon request, subject to availability, and may apply an additional charge. Passengers are responsible for ensuring the correct installation and use of the seat.
Luggage Capacity
Chauffeurs may refuse service if luggage cannot be safely transported in the trunk of the vehicle. When in doubt, please upgrade to a larger capacity vehicle. Should you be traveling with bulky items (golf bags, skis, stroller), please upgrade to a Business Van.
Cleaning
An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the vehicle is left in an excessively dirty condition, including but not limited to spills, stains, or debris requiring professional cleaning.
Damages
Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, either inside or outside, by themselves or their guests. Repair costs will be billed to the client.
Drugs & Alcohol
The possession, use, or consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited in all company vehicles. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in compliance with state and local laws. The company reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund if illegal substances are detected.
Lost Items
512 Austin Limos LLC is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Found items will be held for a limited period and can be returned upon request at the client’s expense.
Miscellaneous
The company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Overages & Wait Times
Wait time fees apply after the scheduled pick-up time. Overage charges will be calculated at the prevailing hourly rate and billed to the client.
Passenger Behavior
All passengers must behave respectfully toward the chauffeur and the vehicle. Abusive, aggressive, or illegal behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Pick-up / Drop-off Locations
Clients must ensure pick-up and drop-off locations are accessible to our vehicles. If the location is inaccessible, an alternative nearby location will be arranged.
Seating Capacity
For safety and legal reasons, the number of passengers cannot exceed the stated seating capacity of the vehicle.
Smoking
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes or vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if this policy is violated.
Trip Updates
Clients are responsible for notifying the company of any changes to their trip details, including schedule adjustments, additional stops, or passenger changes, as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply.
User Consent
By using 512 Austin Limos LLC’s services, including signing up for text message communications, you expressly consent to collecting, using, and sharing your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including the terms related to data collection, communication, and security. You further consent to receive text messages from 512 Austin Limos LLC, including transactional and customer service messages. You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the messages. Your continued use of our services constitutes your ongoing consent to these terms.
Opt-out Procedures
You may choose to stop receiving promotional text messages from 512 Austin Limos LLC at any time. To opt out, simply reply to any text message you receive from us with the word ‘STOP’ or ‘UNSUBSCRIBE.’ Once we receive your opt-out request, we will promptly remove your number from our promotional messaging list. Please note that opting out of promotional messages will not affect your ability to receive important service-related communications.

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving these messages at any time by following the instructions provided in each message.
Liability and Disclaimers
512 Austin Limos LLC is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by 512 Austin Limos LLC.
By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that 512 Austin Limos LLC will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages, including but not limited to, delays, non-delivery, or technical issues.
